章鱼烧松饼
材料
"低筋面粉 220g","中筋面粉 80g","蛋 2颗","牛奶 100c.c.","水 140","日式滋友酱油 1大匙","味霖 1大匙","盐 1g","无铝泡打粉 4g","高丽菜丁 150g","红萝卜丝 1/2根","樱花虾 10g","花枝丁 150g","葱花 1支","美乃滋、大阪烧酱 各少许","海苔粉、柴鱼片 各少许"
做法

1:蛋与牛奶先打散,与水、滋友酱油、味霖一起混合

2:取一钢盆将粉类全放入盆中,将步骤1的液体材料慢慢加入并一边搅拌,至粉浆完全均匀,静置约15分钟

3:将其余材料拌入后,松饼机热机后放少许油烤至两面金黄后取出

4:表面加上调味料即完成
