蒜味蒸大虾
材料
"大草虾6ea 6只","葱花30g 30g","香菜 20g","蒜头200g 200g","奶油 50g","沙拉油 100ml","酱油 20g","米酒 50g","味淋 20g","鱼露 10g"
做法

1:虾子去壳开背.蒜头切碎

2:蒜头先以沙拉油小火油炸,蒜头快要上色再加入奶油,持续的搅拌均匀直到蒜头快上色后就要赶紧过泸蒜头及油脂并尽快的降温

3:酱汁:酱汁的比例只要依配方所示全部混合均即可

4:将大虾从侧面剖开后再放入炸好后且过泸干的蒜头碎,淋上酱汁后放入电锅上并盖上锅盖,时间约为5~8分钟

5:成品撒上葱花或香菜
