西芹炒鸡柳
材料
"鸡腿肉 150克","西芹 4条","蒜蓉 4瓣","海盐 适量","白糖 适量","绍兴酒 1茶匙","白糖 0.5茶匙","酱油 1茶匙","绍兴酒 1茶匙","胡椒粉 少许","太白粉 0.5茶匙","麻油 1茶匙","白糖 0.5茶匙","蚝油 1茶匙","清水 2汤匙",
做法

1:鸡腿肉洗净, 去鸡皮和切成粗条

2:用鸡肉醃料醃鸡腿肉约2小时

3:西芹洗净, 沥干水份, 撕去表面较粗的纤维; 斜切粗条; 蒜剁成蓉, 备用

4:烧热油锅, 下醃好的鸡腿肉炒至8-9成熟, 盛起备用

5:于同一个锅内再下油烧热, 爆香蒜蓉后下西芹, 加入适量海盐和白糖炒匀, 浇少许绍兴酒兜匀

6:加入鸡腿肉炒匀, 下调味料, 把西芹煮至软身及鸡腿肉熟透

7:即成西芹炒鸡柳
