海鲜汤燻鲑鱼卷
材料
"虾头 170g","洋葱 1/2个","蒜头 2~3粒","水 800cc","蕃茄 1个","樱桃蕃茄罐头 1罐","鲜虾 12~15只","透抽 120g","蛤蜊 10~12个","酒 适量","盐 少许","糖 少许","黑胡椒 适量","义大利香料 适量","九层塔 1大把","燻鲑鱼 200g","小黄瓜 1条","初榨橄榄油 少许","巴萨米克醋 少许","鸡腿 4只","盐 1小匙","凯宴辣椒粉 1/2小匙","黑胡椒 适量","义大利香料 适量","蒜瓣 3瓣","洋葱 1/2个","彩椒 2个","节瓜 2条","蕃茄 2个","盐 适量","黑胡椒 适量","义大利香料 适量","鲜奶 350cc","全蛋+蛋黄 2个+3个","细砂糖 50g","香草荚 1根","细砂糖(布丁表面) 适量",
做法

1:先准备熬虾高汤

2:热锅加橄榄油下洋葱炒至透明

3:加蒜末继续炒

4:放入虾头炒到虾味四溢

5:加水、酒煮10-15分钟即可

7:火焰橘的虾汤熬好了

8:准备煮蕃茄海鲜汤

9:先将新鲜蕃茄块加入,之后再倒入樱桃蕃茄罐头,将蕃茄煮软

10:放进透抽、蛤蜊、鲜虾盖锅闷煮一下,调味后加上九层塔

12:燻鲑鱼黄瓜卷最简单只要将小黄瓜刨成长条状,再将燻鲑鱼卷好固定就完成了

13:鸡腿先以盐、黑胡椒、凯宴辣椒粉、蒜末醃一个小时由于鸡腿很厚,要花点时间和耐心煎,最后可以送进烤箱,180度烤5分钟普罗旺斯炖菜只需将洋葱、栉瓜、彩椒、蕃茄等蔬菜,先以橄榄油炒香,再炖煮约半小时调味就ok了

14:鸡蛋分次加入香草籽、细砂糖打散鲜奶倒入搅拌均匀后,过筛后舀入布丁模,进烤箱150度隔水加热40分钟布蕾表面洒上一层薄薄的细砂糖,以喷枪小火炙烧一下成焦糖就可以了
