小鱼肉丸子营养粥
材料
"白饭 3碗","刎仔鱼 200g","姜 3片","高丽菜 200g","毛豆 100g","水 3000ml","芹菜 3株","猪绞肉 300g","红葱酥 15g","姜末 20g","酱油膏 1.5大匙","米酒 1大匙","鸡蛋 1只","白胡椒粉 1/4小匙","鲜鸡粉 1小匙","盐 1小匙","白胡椒粉 适量",
做法

1:高丽菜切小块,芹菜切珠,刎仔鱼须煸过

2:请肉商将猪绞肉绞「最细」;将所有肉丸子食材放在ㄧ起

3:肉丸子食材顺时钟方向搅拌均匀,摔打至有粘性备用

4:刎仔鱼以清水冲洗ㄧ遍,水沥乾,起油锅将刎仔鱼和姜片煸炒至焦香

5:将3000ml煮粥水煮开,加入高丽菜和毛豆煮2分钟,再倒进白饭和刎仔鱼

6:水滚后转小火,将步骤❸之肉丸绞肉捏成小丸子,ㄧ面捏ㄧ面投入小滚的粥汤里

7:肉丸子全投入后转大火,煮至肉丸子浮起来后,加入调味料和芹菜珠即可享用
