柳橙金秸奶皇脆皮派
材料
"中筋面粉 260","奶油 169","盐 5","糖 8","冰水 78","牛奶或水 570","sugar 180","salt 3","yolk 95","Cornflour 78","柳橙和金秸果汁 90","Butter 33"
做法

3:The dough done as the picture that you still see bits of butter showing. Put dough in fridge for at least 30 mins

4:30分钟拿出, 切成2份将每一份杆成椭圆形并放在派盘上进烤箱390F~400F大约25~35分钟直到金黄色泽

5:将牛奶, 糖, 盐和牛油一起煮溶, 将蛋黄汉玉米粉搅均匀, 倒入牛奶叫半加热至浓稠, 趁热导入脆皮里整形即成待冷冷藏吼使用
