做法

1:面皮-所有材料搅拌成团3光松弛5~10分,延压后卷成圆柱状分切8个小面团波菜洗切块用塩巴抓醃去渍备用内饀-B料拌匀略抓出筋性+调味1拌匀+调味2拌匀冷藏备用

2:波菜肉饀- 抓醃好的波菜丁+肉饀拌匀即可,冷藏备用面皮用手压扁后捍成中间厚四周薄的圆面皮,包入内饀约35~40g放上包子纸入蒸笼发酵
