海苔米血糕(素)

材料

"元本山味付海苔 2包","白糯米 80g","紫糯米 80g","糯米粉 70g","太白粉 30g","橄榄油 5g","热水 200c.c","盐巴 1大匙","糖 1大匙","白胡椒 适量","花生粉 适量","香油 适量","香菜 适量","辣椒 1根","酱油 1大匙","酱油膏 1大匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1:准备所需食材~将白糯米与紫糯米分开浸泡4个钟头~

  2. step2

    2:热水中放入元本山味付海苔泡软,再加入调味料拌匀~

  3. step3

    3:加入浸泡好沥干水份的白.紫糯米,一起拌匀~

  4. step4

    4:再慢慢加入糯米粉.太白粉.橄榄油搅拌均匀~

  5. step5

    5:取一容器,铺上保鲜膜,倒入食材,外锅放入两杯水蒸煮~

  6. step6

    6:放凉后,取出切适当大小~

  7. step7

    7:调好沾酱~

    8:上桌品尝囉^o^~
