夏天开胃凤梨糖醋鱼片
材料
"鱼片 250克","米酒 ","盐 ","白胡椒粉少许 ","青椒 ","洋葱 ","凤梨适量(我用了大概各1/8) ","大蒜3粒剁细 ","番茄酱21/2大匙 ","味霖1大匙 ","白砂糖1大匙 ","蛋1颗 ","中筋面粉1杯 ","太白粉 1杯",
做法

1:鱼切成块, 用少许的盐, 白胡椒粉, 米酒醃30分钟

2:洋葱, 青椒, 凤梨切成和鱼相同大小的块

3:把蛋打散, 用另一个碗把太白粉和面粉混合, 糖醋酱的材料也在小碗里混合均匀

4:鱼先裹一层蛋液, 沾薄薄一层粉

5:入锅炸至金黄(4-5分钟),捞起沥油

6:炒菜锅里热油, 中火放大蒜洋葱炒香

7:结著放青椒, 炒2-3分钟后放糖醋酱炒热

8:放入凤梨和炸好的鱼块

9:拌炒让鱼块均匀裹上酱
