梅香翅包饭
材料
"三节鸡翅 6支","梅汁热狗蛋炒饭 1碗","面粉 适量","蛋液 适量","面包粉 适量","腌料:陈醋老梅膏 2大匙","腌料:酱油 1大匙","腌料:米酒 1大匙","腌料:蒜泥 1大匙","白饭 1碗","小热狗 3条","蛋 2个","葱花 适量","陈醋老梅膏 适量","鸡粉 1小匙",
做法

1:备齐食材~

2:将三节翅前两节用剪刀剥除骨架,我用剪刀慢慢剪开,要小心靠近皮的地方~

3:取一小盆,放入鸡翅、醃料,抓醃30分钟,备用~

4:【梅汁热狗蛋炒饭的做法】:将蛋打散,入锅炒香,依序加入饭、切小粒状热狗、葱花拌炒,再加入老梅膏、鸡粉拌匀调味放凉备用~

5:将醃渍好的鸡翅塞入8分满的梅汁热狗蛋炒饭,用牙签固定封口~

6:除了鸡翅尾端之外,其它地方均匀地沾裹上面粉、蛋液、面包粉,备用~

7:将鸡翅放入160度的油锅炸约5分钟至两面金黄熟成,将封口的牙签拔除,即可~

8:盛盘,上桌品尝~
