西芹烩乌参
材料
"西洋芹 2支","乌参 6条","葱段 4株","红萝卜 1小段","辣椒 1小支","香油 少许","白胡椒盐 少许","米酒 少许","素蚝油 1大匙","酱油 少许","乌醋 1中匙","砂糖 1中匙","香油 少许","太白粉水芶芡 少许"
做法

1:先将乌参以少许香油、米酒、胡椒盐抓捏醃渍片刻

2:利用剩余食材当配料

3:一匙热油将蒜、红萝卜、辣椒爆香

4:再将葱段与西洋芹下锅一起拌炒

5:放一些水滚煮一下再捞起

6:再来将醃渍的乌参下热油锅拌炒

7:接着放入酱料滚煮,试一下味道是否够?再斟酌调味

8:最后将配料再下锅搅拌数下即可盛盘!
