材料
"大肠 2条","花椒 少许","调味料:酱油 3大匙","调味料:糖 0.5大匙","调味料:酒 0.5大匙","香料:五香粉 少许","香料:蒜头 3瓣","香料:生姜 适量","香料:八角 半颗",
做法

1:大肠洗净后用水川烫一分钟捞出

2:锅中爆香香料后,加花椒(随意)炒出香味

3:放适量水、大肠、调味料烧开后,转小火卤约1.5~2小时

4:取出切片装盘即可!
