割包

材料

"海山酱 适量","香菜 适量","割包 10个","调味料:特级蚝油 2大匙","葱 4根","蒜头 3辫","调味料:酱油 50c.c.","调味料:冰糖 15克","调味料:水 1200c.c.","三层肉片 11片","酸菜 300公克","糖 少许","盐 少许","辣椒 1根","花生粉 30克","糖粉 30克",

做法

  1. step1

    1:先处理控肉部份,热一油锅,葱与蒜头爆香

  2. step2

    2:下三层肉煎炒至金黄

  3. step3

    3:加入调味料与2根葱下去炖煮,滚后转小火慢煮

  4. step4

    4:酸菜洗净后切丁

  5. step5

    5:起一油锅,下酸菜与辣椒快炒

  6. step6

    6:调味后起锅

  7. step7

    7:另外花生粉与糖粉一比一调成花生糖粉,香菜洗净切好备用,割包蒸好后,先涂上海山酱

  8. step8

    8:然后洒上花生糖粉,放上酸菜与控肉片,最后洒上香菜

  9. step9

    9:好吃的割包就完成囉~~
