浇汁脆皮豆腐
材料
"豆腐 1块","折耳根 10g","豆豉 20g","红辣椒 3个","老姜 适量","大蒜 适量","葱 适量","生抽 适量","胡椒粉 适量","盐 适量","白糖 适量","淀粉 适量","香油 适量",
做法

1:1.提前将原料准备好,豆腐切成0.5厘米厚的片

2:2.将葱切成花,大蒜、老姜、折耳根、红辣椒切成粒待用

3:3.锅内烧热倒入适量油,用中火炸豆腐块

4:4.将豆腐炸至两面金黄捞出沥干油,装入盘内待用

5:5.锅内留少许底油,放入姜米、蒜米、炒香,加入红辣椒、豆豉、折耳根微微翻炒,倒入适量清水,加生抽、白糖烧至入味

6:6.待锅内汤汁儿煮沸,倒入适量湿淀粉勾芡,淋上香油,

7:7.将做好的酱汁浇在炸好的豆腐块上,撒上葱花,用焯好的西兰花作为装饰物端上桌即可
