冬瓜焖酿豆腐[简易家常食谱]
材料
"冬瓜300g,切成中等大小的块","新鲜鱼肉160g","油豆腐120g,对半切开","葱20g,切碎","鸡汤300ml","酱油1/2汤匙","腌制鱼肉","绍兴酒1汤匙","白胡椒粉1/4茶匙","盐2g","芡汁","生粉1汤匙","*溶于10ml水中"
做法

1:冬瓜去皮去渍,切成中等大小的块备用

2:将做好的鱼肉馅塞到油豆腐中

3:酿豆腐煎至外表金黄,取出

4:锅中加入冬瓜和鸡汤,加盖中火煮滚,再焖煮10分钟

5:加入炸好的穰豆腐和酱油

6:加盖焖煮3分钟

7:倒入芡汁混合均匀

8:即成
