爽甜烤蔬菜
材料
"红、绿、黄灯笼椒各半只","半条茄子","半个洋葱","1个番茄","1只小青瓜","3片干的千层面皮(可选,照包装指示烹调)","1汤匙橄榄油","¼茶匙盐","酱汁","半个番茄,切碎","2瓣蒜","50g松子","20g九层塔叶","2汤匙橄榄油"

5:准备酱汁,将蒜、松子、番茄碎和九层塔放入搅拌机,加入橄榄油

7:在焗盘里摆好灯笼椒、洋葱、茄子、青瓜和番茄。撒上橄榄油和盐

8:放入预热至220度的焗炉焗10分钟
