香蕉焦糖班戟

"班戟","2杯班戟粉","230毫升牛奶","2只蛋","焦糖香蕉","半杯牛油","¼杯黄糖","半茶匙玉桂粉","¼茶匙豆蔻粉","半杯枫树糖浆","半茶匙兰姆酒","4只半熟香蕉","半杯胡桃或合桃碎"

1:依照包装的建议做法,制作班戟粉浆

2:于平底镬以中火加热1汤匙油,倒入适量粉浆,将班戟煎至金黄

3:香蕉片成2厘米厚的片

4:在一个平底锅用中火加热,融化黄油,红糖,肉桂,肉豆蔻和枫糖浆,直到全部融化,并结合

5:加入切片的香蕉,并混入酱汁
