杨桃咕噜肉

材料

"1个杨桃","300克排骨","30克葱","30克姜","1瓣蒜头","猪肉腌料","3汤匙生粉","2汤匙面粉","半茶匙盐","¼茶匙白胡椒","1只","咕噜汁","4汤匙茄汁","¼茶匙盐","半茶匙糖","1汤匙生粉","100毫升水"

做法

  1. step1

    1:用蛋及腌料腌排骨,备用

  2. step2

    2:把杨桃切成2厘米厚,并切半

  3. step3

    3:混合酱汁,备用

  4. step4

    4:以中高火加热,将排骨逐件加入镬中油炸至金黄

  5. step5

    5:将葱切段及蒜切片,并爆香葱蒜

  6. step6

    6:加入杨桃及酱汁,煮至浓稠

  7. step7

    7:放入炸好排骨,混入酱汁,即成!
