香煎鸡翼

材料

"鸡翼6-8只","腌料","豉油1汤匙","糖1茶匙","生粉1茶匙","绍兴酒1汤匙","白胡椒1小撮","甜酸酱材料","泰式辣酱2汤匙","水3汤匙","柠檬汁1汤匙","鱼露1茶匙","1 ½茶匙糖","生粉水","生粉2茶匙","水2汤匙 "

做法

  1. step1

    1:用一锅滚水灼鸡翼4分钟,除去血水

  2. step2

    2:沥干并腌1小时

  3. step3

    3:在同一只平底镬里,倒入甜酸酱汁,并煮滚至浓稠后,熄火及倒入细碗

  4. step4

    4:以中高火烧热油镬,先把鸡翼两面煎至金黄

  5. step5

    5:然后降低热, 倒入甜辣调味料

  6. step6

    6:拌匀便可上碟
