菠萝焗叉烧饭
材料
"菠萝1罐","叉烧300克","冷饭2碗","蛋2只","芝士碎100克","蕃茄酱材料","牛油10克","盐半茶匙","黑胡椒半茶匙","洋葱(细)1个","干迷迭香半茶匙","牛至半茶匙","糖1汤匙","番茄1罐 "
做法

1:把饭放入镬中,用镬铲将饭炒热至粒粒分明

2:在中间挖一个洞,加入蛋

3:炒匀后,放入焗盘上

4:洋葱切粒

5:菠萝切粒

6:将牛油煮熔,加入洋葱并炒至半透明

7:然后倒入番茄酱

8:当番茄酱煮热后,放入干迷迭香、奥勒冈及菠萝

9:把叉烧切片,并放上饭面

10:再撤上芝士于叉烧上
