XO酱薯仔焖鸡
材料
"鸡翼200克","薯仔100克","姜片5克","蒜3瓣","XO酱1汤匙","鸡翼腌料","豉油2汤匙","老抽1茶匙","绍兴酒1汤匙","麻油1茶匙","盐½茶匙","糖½茶匙","胡椒粉½茶匙"
做法

1:把鸡翼切件,并腌1小时

2:将薯仔削皮,再切成中等大小

3:以高火烧热油镬,煎薯仔至金黄,盛起备用

4:爆香蒜蓉及姜片,再放入鸡翼,并煎至金黄

5:放回薯仔,加入XO酱炒匀

6:倒入清水至盖上鸡翼。焖煮10分钟

7:再加入生粉水令酱汁浓稠

8:即成
