辣辣咖喱鱼蛋

材料

"500克炸鱼蛋","咖喱汁材料","1/4个洋葱","2个红葱头","5瓣蒜头","3汤匙咖喱膏","3汤匙花生酱","3汤匙椰汁","2汤匙XO酱","250毫升水","2汤匙蚝油","1汤匙豉油","1茶匙","2汤匙糖","1/4茶匙盐 "

做法

    1:将洋葱、红葱头及蒜头切碎

  2. step2

    2:中火烧热平底锅,落油,加入洋葱、红葱头及蒜头炒香

  3. step3

    3:然后加入咖喱膏、花生酱及XO酱,拌匀

  4. step4

    4:加入余下的材料,并将酱汁煮滚

  5. step5

    5:把火调低至中火,加入鱼蛋

  6. step6

    6:将酱汁煮至浓稠及剩下1/3锅酱汁。上碟即可
