生菜鱼肉汤

材料

"1个细生菜","150克鲮鱼肉","10克冬菇","5克虾米","2瓣蒜头 (刴碎)","5克姜 (刴碎)","5克大葱 (刴碎)","500毫升水","鱼肉腌料","½茶匙盐","¼茶匙白胡椒","1茶匙中式米酒","1茶匙粟粉 "

做法

    1:用水浸泡冬菇直至软身,然后切成小粒

    2:用水浸泡虾米直至软身,然后切成小粒

  3. step3

    3:把鲮鱼洗净及沥干,用匙羮刮出鱼肉

  4. step4

    4:并刴烂成鱼胶

    5:将鱼胶、蒜蓉、姜蓉及腌料加入搅拌碗内混和

    6:用筷子拌匀后加入葱粒,再拌匀

    7:把生菜切丝,备用

    8:将水加入锅内煮沸,用匙羮将鱼胶勺入水中,煮至鱼胶浮起水面

    9:将生菜放入碗内

    10:然后倒入鱼肉汤, 趁热享用
