笼仔膏蟹糯米饭
材料
"1只大闸蟹材料","1只大闸蟹","1块荷叶","70克蟹膏","200克糯米","100克白米","10克虾米","10克瑶柱","2只干冬菇","1条腊肠","2瓣蒜头(切粒)","1个红葱头(切粒)","调味料","1汤匙绍兴酒","1汤匙麻油","1汤匙糖","1/2茶匙白胡椒粉"
做法

1:用水浸泡荷叶直至软身

2:用水浸泡糯米及白米至少4-5小时或过夜

3:用水浸泡虾米、瑶柱及干冬菇直至软身

4:把软身冬菇切细粒

5:把腊肠切成细粒

6:把蒜头及红葱头切碎

7:将糯米及白米混和,隔水蒸10-15分钟至半熟

8:中火烧热长柄平底煎锅,落油,炒香蒜头及红葱头

9:然后加入虾米、瑶柱、冬菇及腊肠,以糖、白胡椒粉及绍兴酒调味,再煮大约2-3分钟

10:然后加入糯米饭及蟹膏,拌匀,以麻油调味

11:把荷叶的水榨出,荷叶铺在竹蒸笼内

12:将糯米饭放在荷叶上

13:蟹放在饭面,用荷叶包好

14:盖上笼盖以中高火蒸15分钟

15:最后洒上葱花,即可上碟
