珍珠肉丸蒸豆腐

材料

"1包豆腐","200克免治鸡肉","30克虾仁","20克干瑶柱,用水浸泡至软身,撕碎","10克葱,刴碎","1茶匙绍兴酒","1茶匙粟粉","1/2茶匙盐","1/4茶匙白胡椒","中药材料","珍珠粉1钱(3克)","当归1钱(3克)","白芷1钱(3克)","黄耆3钱(10克)","红枣5钱(15克) "

做法

  1. step1

    1:把400毫升水倒进锅里,加入药材,煮30分钟,捞起,留下药材水

  2. step2

    2:把虾仁刴成虾胶,放入搅拌碗内

  3. step3

    3:加入免治鸡肉混和,以调味料调味搅匀,之后再加入干瑶柱,拌匀

  4. step4

    4:把豆腐切成3厘米厚

  5. step5

    5:在豆腐中间杓出一个孔

  6. step6

    6:将鸡肉馅料酿在豆腐内

  7. step7

    7:把酿好的豆腐放在碟上,淋上药材水,隔水蒸20分钟直至豆腐全熟

    8:最后,洒上葱花,即可上碟
