麻辣花生猪手煲

材料

"1只猪手","50克花生","20克干辣椒","10克四川辣椒粉","5瓣蒜头","5块月桂叶","100毫升白醋","1汤匙白胡椒子","汤底材料","1个洋葱","1个红萝卜","2棵西芹","1罐梳打水","1个蒜头","20克冰糖","200毫升米酒","100毫升豉油","1升鸡汤","3汤匙四川辣椒粉","3汤匙老抽"

做法

  1. step1

    1:把洋葱丶红萝卜及西芹切成适中大小

  2. step2

    2:蒜头去皮

  3. step3

    3:用白醋丶月桂叶丶蒜头及白胡椒子为猪手汆水15分钟

  4. step4

    4:高火烧热浅身平底锅,落少许油,炒香洋葱及蒜头,加入红萝卜丶西芹丶米酒及梳打水

    5:加入鸡汤丶豉油丶老抽及四川辣椒粉,放入猪手,将火调至中火

  6. step6

    6:盖上锅盖,炆炖1至1.5小时

  7. step7

    7:把猪手转进砂锅内,摊冻

  8. step8

    8:烧热平底锅,落少许油,加入花生丶四川辣椒粉及干辣椒炒匀

  9. step9

    9:倒入砂锅内的猪手,即可上碟
