罗汉斋腐皮包 - 百宝福袋
材料
"6-8个腐皮包","2只冬菇","3-4粒马蹄","1/2个红萝卜","20克竹笋","10条韭菜","1汤匙蟹籽","1汤匙蚝油","1茶匙绍兴酒","1茶匙糖","1/4茶匙白胡椒粉","酱汁材料","2汤匙水","1汤匙蚝油","1茶匙粟粉","1茶匙糖"
做法

1:用水浸泡冬菇至软身,然后切粒

2:把红萝卜,竹笋及马蹄削皮,切成细粒

3:把豆腐切成一半

4:高火烧热平底锅,落油,炒香冬菇,然后加入红萝卜,马蹄及竹笋,煮2分钟

5:加入绍兴酒,糖及白胡椒粉调味,摊冻,放在一旁备用

6:把锅内的水煮沸,加入韭菜灼10-15秒,捞出拍干

7:把腐皮包放入同一锅内汆水15秒,捞起沥干水,放在一旁备用

8:轻轻的把腐皮包打开,把馅料酿入腐皮包内

9:用韭菜扎紧

10:把腐皮包放在碟上,隔水蒸5-8分钟

11:把酱汁材料放进锅内,中火慢煮酱汁至浓稠

12:倒在腐皮包上, 最后把蟹籽铺上面,即可上碟
