红葱头沙姜蒸鸡

材料

"鸡腿400克","红葱头4-5个","红辣椒3-4只","鸡腿腌料","姜5克, 刴碎","姜粉1汤匙","绍兴酒1茶匙","粟粉1茶匙","盐1/2茶匙","白胡椒1/4茶匙"

做法

    1:红葱头去皮,切片,并把红辣椒切片

    2:鸡腿切件加入腌料腌20分钟

    3:把鸡件,红葱头,红辣椒混和
