海鲜冬荫功
材料
"虾4-6只","中型鱿鱼1只","草菇3-4粒","秀珍菇20克","香茅2支","蒜头2瓣","番茄2-3个","洋葱1个","泰国指天椒4只","南姜30克","芫茜30克","柠檬叶5片","青柠5个(榨汁)","水1升","鱼露4汤匙","椰糖1汤匙","盐1/2茶匙","白胡椒粉1/4茶匙 "
做法

1:洗净大虾,去壳,留下虾尾壳,鱿鱼切成鱿鱼圈

2:轻压香茅,切段

3:南姜切片

4:番茄及洋葱切件

5:草菇切半

6:烧热平底锅,下少许油,炒香蒜头,洋葱,香茅及南姜

7:加水煮沸
-
8:指天椒截半加入,再加入番茄、洋葱、秀珍菇及草菇,煮8-10分钟

9:加入大虾及鱿鱼

10:熄火,加入青柠汁,鱼露,椰糖,盐及白胡椒粉

11:盖上锅盖

12:让椰糖完全溶化后,即可享用
