意大利草莓蛋挞
材料
"低筋面粉1/2杯","苏打粉1/2茶匙","盐1/4茶匙","肉桂粉1茶匙","黄油6汤匙,软化","糖3/4杯","鸡蛋2个","全脂牛奶2汤匙","草莓3颗","薄荷叶1朵","糖粉 5g","奶油喷剂"
做法

1:将黄油、糖粉打发,加入2个鸡蛋

2:将低筋面粉、苏打粉、盐、肉桂粉和牛奶放入碗中搅拌均匀

3:揉成面团,擀成稍有厚度的面皮

4:烤箱预热至180℃,放入烤箱中烤30~35分钟

5:草莓去蒂洗净,切成小块

6:将奶油喷剂裱在冷却的蛋挞皮上

7:配上草莓,撒上糖粉,装点上薄荷叶即可
