大豆芽西芹炒鸡柳
材料
"鸡柳肉 150克","大豆芽 100克","西芹 2条","蒜头 2瓣","红萝卜 ½个","绍兴酒 1汤匙","盐及胡椒粉 适量","鸡肉腌料:","绍兴酒 1茶匙","生抽 1茶匙","生粉 1茶匙","胡椒粉 ¼茶匙 "
做法

1:鸡柳肉加入生粉、绍兴酒、生抽及胡椒粉腌15分钟

2:将蒜头切成蓉

3:红萝卜及西芹去皮后切片

4:用中高火烧热锅,加少许油,炒香蒜蓉,加入鸡肉炒至表面金黄

5:加入大豆芽、西芹及红萝卜快炒
