芬兰燕麦粥
材料
"份量:2人份","燕麦片粥:","燕麦片200g","核桃仁100g","葡萄干50g","蜂蜜30g","果浆:","蓝莓100g","西番莲2个","葡萄糖浆50g","水200ml","生粉20g","牛奶500ml","黄油(依据个人口味)"
做法

1:核桃仁用手随意掰碎,葡萄干洗净,用厨纸吸去多余水分

2:取一个锅,烧开牛奶后,加入燕麦片,调至小火,烧5分钟后,加入核桃碎、葡萄干

3:烧开后装碗,倒入蜂蜜

4:蓝莓洗净,西番莲取籽

5:取一个锅,加入水、葡萄糖浆,烧开后,加入树莓,西番莲籽烧开后,加入生粉,拌匀过滤,倒回锅中,烧开后转小火

6:加入蓝莓,小火烧5分钟,捣碎蓝莓出锅

7:麦片粥,配以果浆,及牛奶享用。可根据个人口味搭配黄油
