甜椒香菇炒牛柳丝
材料
"牛柳 200克","干香菇 3个","红甜椒1/4个","绿甜椒1/4个","黄甜椒1/4个","蒜头 2瓣","绍兴酒 1汤匙","蚝油 1汤匙","砂糖 1茶匙","麻油 1茶匙","盐和胡椒粉 适量","牛肉腌料:","水 1汤匙","绍兴酒 1/2汤匙","生抽 1/2汤匙","砂糖 1茶匙","麻油 1茶匙"
做法

1:将干香菇泡水变软,切丝

2:将牛柳切丝,用水、绍兴酒、生抽、砂糖及麻油腌15分钟

3:将三色椒切丝

4:用中高火烧热锅,加少许油,炒香蒜头及香菇

5:加入牛柳丝炒至金黄色

6:加入三色椒快炒,加入绍兴酒、蚝油、砂糖及麻油炒匀
