炒海带茸

做法

1: 海带茸洗净后,切约四公分小段,芹菜和胡萝卜切段,姜切丝,蒜切末,九层塔去硬梗, 热锅,倒入少许油爆香姜+蒜+胡萝卜+葱,倒入海带茸拌炒,米酒呛锅,加入调味料和水拌匀,稍盖锅焖一下,倒入芹菜段+九层塔拌炒,滴锅边醋和少许香油即可起锅囉~
