鱼皮丝卤白菜
材料
"白菜 半棵","鱼皮丝 少许","干香菇 4朵","虾米 少许","葱 2枝","蒜头 2颗","胡萝卜 少许","木耳 少许","香油 少许","乌醋 1/2茶匙","鸡粉 1/2茶匙","酱油 1茶匙","糖 1/4茶匙","盐 酌量","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 香菇泡发切片,胡萝卜~木耳~切片,蒜切末,葱切段,虾米洗净沥乾,

2: 鱼皮丝洗净切段,白菜用手掰小块,洗净备用~ 热锅,放少许油爆香香菇~虾米~蒜末~葱段~胡萝卜片,再加入白菜~木耳丝拌炒一下,加入一碗水和鱼皮丝盖锅盖焖煮至菜叶变软,加调味料调味,再拌炒到汤汁转浓稠稍收乾,就可熄火,再滴入少许乌醋与香油就完成囉~
