素菜酸辣汤
材料
"AK燃脂酸辣 2包","AK有机木耳 2块","AK古早味香醋 1汤匙","AK有机黑麻油 少许","甘笋丝 30克","冬菇 2只","豆腐干 1块","鸡蛋 1只","白胡椒粉 少许","芫荽 1棵","水 500毫升","芫荽叶 适量"
做法

1: 先烧热500毫升水

2: 加入木耳、冬菇丝煮5分钟,再加入甘笋丝、豆腐再煮5分钟

3: 转小火加入燃脂酸辣汤拌匀,再煮2分钟。

4: 将鸡蛋拂匀

5: 拌入(2)并搞拌至起蛋花

6: 加入白胡椒粉、有机黑麻油、古早味香醋调味
