做法

1:这一尾鹦哥鱼蛮大尾的,如果只做一种料理,是不是有点可惜呢?

2: 这一片肉片下来后切块

3: 加上醃料抓匀后沾地瓜粉

4: 起一油锅,将鱼炸熟

5: 起一锅水,将所有配料加入煮开

6: 煮好后调味并勾芡

7: 将汤汁舀出后,再放上炸得酥脆的鱼块,外酥内嫩~吃起来十分过瘾
