材料
"里肌火锅肉片 250克","豆芽 150g","辣椒 2支","葱 1支","蒜 4瓣","香菜 1小把","鱼露 1大匙","柠檬汁 2大匙","香油 1小匙","糖 1大匙","花椒粉 1小匙","龟甲万甘醇酱油 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","太白粉 1/2大匙","香油 1小匙","龟甲万甘醇酱油 1大匙",
做法

1: 先将里肌肉片用醃料醃一下备用.

2: 准备调味料

3: 将食材之中, 葱/辣椒/香菜/蒜, 切细末和调味料一起拌匀调和备用.

4: 将豆芽菜川烫后捞起, 沥干水份, 舖在底盘!

5: 再将里肌肉汆烫, 肉变色后,立刻捞起, 沥干水份, 舖在步骤4的豆芽菜上面.
