麻辣鸭血臭臭锅~(火锅系列)
材料
"臭豆腐 7块","鸭血 1~2块","洋葱 1颗","榨菜丝 半碗","花椒油 1大匙","辣椒油 1大匙","辣豆瓣酱 2~3大匙","高丽菜 适量","金针菇 1包","蒜苗 1支","干辣椒 2~3根","烹大师 少许","砂糖 1匙"
做法

1: 臭豆腐洗净备用,鸭血切块(一切9)川烫洗净,洋葱去皮切好备用 热锅放入花椒油下干辣椒,洋葱炒香后放入辣豆瓣酱后加水再放入辣椒油,榨菜丝,调味料煮滚

2: 再放入豆腐鸭血小火煮约15~20分钟后即成臭臭锅汤底~

3: 高丽菜当底再倒入臭豆腐,依序慢慢加入自己喜爱的食材~(蒜苗,火锅料,金针菇,甜不辣)即可~
