柠香炸鸡
材料
"鸡胸肉 300g","鸡蛋 1颗","太白粉 8大匙(约120g)","柠檬 2颗","糖 2大匙","白醋 1大匙","水 100g","盐 半茶匙(2.5g)","太白粉 1小匙(约10g)","酒 1大匙(约15g)","酱油 2大匙","白胡椒 少许"
做法

1: 1.鸡肉切适当大小,入醃料醃

2: 2.蛋打散,准备太白粉当裹粉

3: 3.芡汁材料除太白粉外,柠檬从中切几片摆盘其余榨汁后全部混和,芡汁的太白粉需另加水勾芡,粉:水=1:3

4: 4.肉块浸蛋液后沾太白粉入锅炸至金黄色起锅(我用190度炸约5分钟起锅)

5: 建议炸好的鸡块下面垫厨房纸巾吸油或者用铁网隔

6: 5.芡汁入锅煮热,加太白粉勾芡后起锅淋在肉块上
