"A4PLUSIH 1台","26公分铸铁巨蛋锅 1口","25公分铸铁妈妈锅 1口","米酒 2大匙","薄盐酱油 2大匙","蚝油 2大匙","蜂蜜 2大匙","烤肉酱 2大匙","水 2大匙","蒜泥 1大匙","猪里肌或猪五花 适量","青江菜 2-3株","米 2杯","碎洋葱 1/4颗"
做法

1: 准备好食材与使用锅具

2: 将肉与酱料一同放置于醃渍盒里醃渍一晚备用

3: 巨蛋锅放油,将A4 PLUS开启煎烤模式选择强火热锅,待油温上来将肉放入锅中煎

4: 将肉煎至两面焦黄,将A4 PLUS温度调至弱火倒入剩余的醃酱料汁上盖炖煮

5: 待酱汁由金黄色变焦糖色后,掀盖收汁并关闭电源,放置一旁备用

6: 取出妈妈锅放置2杯米与碎洋葱加入2.4杯的水

7: 将米与碎洋葱搅拌均匀,上盖后A4 PLUS调至煮饭模式并选择2杯
