自制意式波隆拿肉酱
材料
"牛绞肉 700克","猪绞肉 300克","蕃茄粒 800克","蕃茄膏 3汤匙","洋葱 半个","红萝卜 1个","蒜头 3瓣","红酒(可省略) 400毫升","月桂叶 3片","罗勒粉 1/2茶匙","牛至粉 1/2茶匙"
做法

1: 将蒜头,洋葱及红萝卜切小粒

2: 热锅下橄榄油,下蒜蓉,炒一分钟。然后下牛肉及猪肉,炒两分钟

3: 下洋葱及红萝卜炒 至两分钟,然后下红酒煮两分钟

4: 下蕃茄粒,蕃茄膏及200毫升水拌匀,下盐,黑胡椒粉,牛至粉及月桂叶调味。煮沸后转小火,不用盖上锅盖,煮约一小时即成!
