韩式炸鸡
材料
"去骨鸡腿肉 2片","鸡翅/小腿 4只","白芝麻 少许","酱油 2大匙","米酒 1/2大匙","蒜头 3瓣","胡椒粉 少许","韩式辣酱 2大匙","番茄酱 1又1/2大匙","糖 1大匙","蒜头 3瓣","水 70cc","酱油 1/2大匙","地瓜粉 60g","炸鸡粉 20g"
做法

1: 去骨鸡腿肉切去多余脂肪后切块与鸡翅和醃料一起醃约20分钟(蒜头先拍过切碎)

2: 裹粉混和,醃好的鸡肉均匀裹上粉,静置约3~5分钟 热油锅,将鸡肉炸熟后取出沥油

3: 蒜头先拍过切碎后少油爆香,与其他酱料一起小火煮滚

4: 将炸好的鸡肉裹上薄薄的酱料,洒点白芝麻即可
