粽香糯米丸
材料
"糯米粉 200G","热水 125G","紫米水 100G","在来米粉 90G","油 30G","肉末 150G","萝卜干 50G","干香菇 2朵","牛头牌香椿炸酱 0.3大匙","酱油 一大匙","糖 1.5茶匙","胡椒粉 1茶匙","油葱酥 一大匙"
做法

1: 糯米粉加热水用筷子搅拌成雪花状

2: 加入在来米粉

3: 与紫米水揉成团,最后加油揉至光滑(紫米水就是泡过紫米的水)

4: 干香菇浸泡后切末,炒香加罗卜干与牛头牌香椿炸酱拌炒均匀

5: 放入肉末与调味

6: 炒至入味后关火

7: 粽叶修剪成小块状

8: 将皮包入馅料,缩口捏紧

9: 放入蒸笼中

10: 用中大火蒸8~10分中
