简单美味椒麻鸡
材料
"鸡胸肉(或鸡腿肉) 1付","(醃料seasoning) 如下","盐salt 1/8","花椒粉groundSzechuanpeppe 1/4","米酒ricewine 1tsp","白胡椒粉whitepepperpowder 1/4","(调味料:) 如下","乌醋blackvinegar 1tsp","鱼露fishsauce 1.5tsp","蒜galic 3瓣gloves","辣椒 2","香菜cilantro 适量","柠檬汁lemonjuice 2tsp","糖suagr 1tsp","炸粉:地瓜粉potatostarch 适量"

2: 醃鸡肉(将鸡肉跟醃料先醃.冰冰箱里面等待2各小时入味)

3: 双边裹上地瓜粉wrap the potato starch (both sides)

4: 下油锅炸(中大火).记得翻面deep-fried (midum heat).

5: 滤油,切一切~摆盘~最后淋上酱汁.洒上香菜末完成拉enjoy the mealfilter the oil 1st, then chop it; after, pour the mixture on the top of the chicken breast!
