做法

1: 菠菜汤做法:1.菠菜大略切段加上适量高汤入调理机打至喜欢的口感(细致菜泥或略留菜末)2.取出1.在锅中加热调味适量的盐3盛盘淋上适量鲜奶油、摆放切丁红椒装饰OK

2: 1.菠菜切细末(分梗与叶)、红葱头切末、洋葱切末、培根切碎2.起锅加入适量橄榄油与无盐奶油后依序放入红葱头末、洋葱末、培根炒香3.再加入菠菜梗末、叶末拌炒4.舀取一些菠菜汤过来当汤汁,加入适量黑胡椒提香及鲜奶油拌匀5.放入冷饭慢慢拌炒使均匀入味并让汤汁收合6.调味盐、再尝味是否多加黑胡椒或鲜奶油7.盛盘装饰菠菜嫩叶OK
