【七夕食谱】红烧龙虾
材料
"龙虾 1只","嫩豆腐 1盒","大蒜 1大支","红萝卜 1/2支","辣椒 1/2支","洋葱 1/2颗","葱丝 2支","水 400cc","米酒 100cc","薄盐酱油 50cc","香菇素蚝油膏 3大匙","味淋 3大匙","香油 1大匙"
做法

1: 备料如图~

2: 先将洋葱、辣椒、红萝卜爆香,放入100cc的水煮滚,接着放入嫩豆腐并放入酱料调味,放上剖半的龙虾盖在锅上

3: 再加入300cc的水盖上锅盖继续滚煮到龙虾壳全变成红色后,再炖煮约1分钟即可~(不要炖煮过久,龙虾肉容易老喔~)

4: 摆上葱丝,趁鲜享用囉!
