开胃糖醋排骨 [简易家常菜]
材料
"排骨 500克","青椒 半个","红椒 半个","凤梨(罐头) 5片","蛋 1颗","太白粉/玉米淀粉 适量","蕃茄汁 3汤匙","白醋 4汤匙","糖 3汤匙","喼汁 半茶匙","水 3汤匙","盐 1/4茶匙","太白粉 1汤匙","酱油 1汤匙","糖 半茶匙","盐 1/4茶匙"
做法

1: 凤梨切小块,青红椒切大块。将所有调味料拌匀备用。先用醃料将排骨醃一小时,炸前先沾蛋液,再沾太白粉/玉米粉 拍去多余的粉,放入热油锅炸三至四分钟至金黄色

2: 热锅下油,炒青红椒两分钟,再下调味料及凤梨拌匀煮沸
