材料

"鸡丁 100G","状元陈醋老梅膏 3大匙","酱油 1匙","凤梨罐头(连汁) 半罐","洋葱丁 1/3颗","蒜末 3颗","玉米粉 1匙","水 100CC","炸粉(炸肉) 2大匙","梅状元陈醋老梅膏 1大匙","酱油 1匙","玉米粉 1小匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1: 步骤1肉先将醃料醃15分钟入味

    2: 步骤2用酥炸粉加水裹鸡肉油炸至鸡肉熟捞起

  3. step3

    3: 步骤3爆香蒜洋葱加上凤梨汤汁及酱油+水一起拌炒,等滚后加玉米粉水勾芡,再放入鸡丁稍微拌炒一下起锅
