水晶虾饼煎
材料
"香菜末 适量","日式和风酱油露 1.5大匙","香油 少许","梅子醋 1小匙","味淋 2小匙","澄粉 100G","太白粉 35G","滚开水 100G","盐 一点点","日式和风酱油露 1小匙","胡椒粉,米酒少许,太白粉0.3大匙,虾仁80G,肥肉 40G"
做法

1: 将馅剁碎加调味醃一会

2: 加香菜末拌匀

3: 将皮用筷子拌匀

4: 揉成团

5: 切成大小约15克的剂子

6: 手沾少许油,将剂子捏成小碗状(底部比较厚)

7: 包入馅料收口

8: 用中火蒸约5分钟

9: 取出即可食用,或是放锅中用少许油

10: 煎至表面酥脆

11: 沾酱拌匀,沾食
